I wrote a review about the service and missed communication between me and randy the sales manager he made everything right and Chris the service manager made sure the service was done right. I had a salt problem the truck came from Michigan up there 2 years of salt and it was ugly so i told them back in March so i took it in last Wednesday for it's first service and they took care of it so thank you it was detailed to the max beautiful truck now thanks guy's
The Bob Swope Service Department is excellent. Iv'e had all of my service and maintenance work performed there for the last five years. Chris Bellantoni helped me in purchasing new tires for my 2020 Ford Explorer. He was patient and very knowlegeable of the available tires for my vehicle. Chris really made me feel like a valued customer! Service there is reasonably priced and done by trained personnel.
