I stopped here after having a terrible day of leaving the children’s hospital with my nephew breaking his leg at King’s Island (boys will be boys🤦♀️) the night before. We are from out of town so I thought nice little trip for cousins since I enjoyed King’s Island as a kid. Back to the point! My car started to over heat.. Horrible Experience If I Could Give It 0 To Negative Stars I Would! No Communication About My Car And As I Went To Go Pick It Up Hood And Engine Cover Was Just Left Open As If They Didn't Care Because I No Longer Wanted Service From Them. I Do Not Recommend Even As A AAA Member.
Very disheartened to learn 2 weeks after the fact that this location "sold" (boy did they) my elderly mother (88 yrs old) TWO new rear tires - 80k mile tires! - because the slow leak in one rear tire "could not be repaired". They were also sure to sell her that additional road hazard protection plan. Her 2021 vehicle has less than 16k miles (less than 4,000 miles per year) TOTAL and she was taken advantage of for just under $700. Poor taste gentlemen... very poor taste.
I have been using this location for years and every time I am thankful that I do. I never get oversold and they never push extra maintenance on you. We had an issue with a part replacement and the part went bad twice in a short amount of time. It became clear we needed to use one from the dealer which would be much more expensive. But this group gave me a huge discount. I literally told them I loved them. Lol.
