About 10 years ago I had them put dampeners in my air ducts so that I could regulate the air in different zones in my house. I noticed a couple of weeks ago that they weren't working anymore. I scheduled an appointment to have a tech look at a shed furnace to see if it was operational. 12/20/22. Tech came out and thought that he could have it fixed later that day "for a couple hundred dollars." Parts were unavailable so said that he would contact me the next week. Nothing. I left several messages to learn they were "still looking." Again, weeks passed with several unreturned calls. Received a bill for $200. Then the $5 part was located.
