I’ll keep this short and sweet. Daisy is amazing! She’s talented and kind. I previously used another. Salon and I will never go back to them again. Bob Steele in Alpharetta is my new home and Daisy is my new colorist.
This salon has the old school feel I was looking for. A row of salon chairs, hairdressers buzzing around and beverages flowing. I see Daisy. She has dark hair but she is great with blondes. The salon is upscale, conveniently located of a major road and there is always nice paved parking spaces available. When you are done you can go shopping at Avalon to show off your gorgeous locks!
Had an appointment scheduled today at 11:00. I received a phone call en route letting me know that my stylist had called out sick. Was able to be put on to another stylists schedule for double process full highlights. We decided to do partial. I explained to her that my hair lifts warm but I want it to be on the cooler side. I left the salon today with a very warm highlights, and a lot of my gray is showing through. I was enjoying the Salon, until one day, the stylist left me under the Heat for an extra 15 minutes!!! And fried my scalp. Then, instead of admitting the mistake, the admin went on the defensive and said it was my fault based on meds or tanning beds or something, which I don't do either - beware of Bob Steele. They have no interest in protecting their customers. They didn't offer to bring me in to fix it, they only emailed me that it was my fault. I wish I had never walked in there the first time. I had an appointment scheduled with Cheyenne at the Alpharetta location shortly before an upcoming vacation, and it was canceled at the last minute with very little notice. Because of the timing, I wasn’t able to easily find another stylist on short notice, which made the situation especially frustrating. Scheduling is really important for services like this, particularly when clients are planning around events or travel. I’ve been a repeat client of this salon, so this experience was disappointing.
