I can’t even begin to describe how disappointed I was with my experience with the service and sales department. I purchased a certified preowned mini w/ 16k miles on it and it needed rear brake replacement only 1000k miles after I had driven it. Took 3 days for me to set up a service appointment. I left several voice messages, and Jasmine the service manager never got back to me.
