AVOID AT ALL COSTS - I got a brand new mini 2026 countryman that was delivered by Bob smith and they sold it without the tire key lock. I called roadside assistance and they said my only option is to tow to the nearest dealership. I can’t get through to anyone at their service department and they keep putting me through to voicemails. Go to another dealership to get a mini
