In all honesty I knew what I wanted and Bob Smith had it in stock. It was very gently used car - and it made me happy after the test drive. Luckily Theresa was very sympathetic and we gotten alone very well throughout the entire process. Her Levon deserves the kudos offering “best adjustment” he could have made. As anyone else I wish I’d negotiated a bit more, but entire process was so pleasant I felt haggling over small stuff wasn’t worth it. So, yes I recommend the dealer!
When did Mr Bob Smith die and make Amir the owner of this place?? STOP and a please don't buy from this place. Drive the extra 8 miles and go to RUSNAK BMW. I felt so disrespected at this place today. As a 50 year old man wanting to purchase a 2027 M3. First off Amir said no test drive. I looked at him and laughed. Luckily I have had 2 other M3's in the past and did not have to drive the car. We picked out one of 4 they had available. Started taking my information.
