A month ago I left my car at the dealership with egr issue. The whole month I had useless conversations with the dealership ( John Hizon) and bmw representatives. Despite the additional warranty they insisted me to pay additional fee to remove the manifold to check the issue. Definitely the worst service I had. No BMW anymore
Such an amazing experience , Theresa was awesome , I’m so glad that she was the one helped out during my visit. She made it feel like Christmas. Very professional and knowledgeable and super patient. Daniel and Levon were great and made the whole process go smoothly. I highly recommend Bob smith BMW.
