My husband contacted you several weeks ago to set up a carpet cleaning appointment on 01/09/2016. He did advise me, that the receptionist seemed hesitant to set up a Saturday appointment, but when he was asked if any other day worked, and responded with a no, and the appointment was set up for 9:45 am on 01/09/2016.
