I called about a exhaust and they told me 120$ so I went in after sitting their for almost 3hours they finally got it done and then told me it was 300$ then I told them not what they quoted it. Then when I checked the exhaust they didn’t put a end on it out the side and left a loose hanger. Then to beat it all they tried keeping my old exhaust and didn’t even tell me. Will not be back, would not recommend!

They do great work. Only issue was I made an appointment for 9 and my car wasn't touched until 9:45. But they did offer to cover my next oil change so that makes up for it!

Just left Bob's, I dropped my truck off this morning and asked the guy to fix my tailpipe, I get a phone call leading to a voice mail at 1 pm asking me to call so I did immediately (within 5 minutes), they explained to me that I needed a new tailpipe and I said "I know, that's why I brought it in"..... I called back an hour later to see if it was ready and his response was " I haven't backed it in.
