Sale person Ali & manager Dawn sales pitched running a prequalification, ensuring no charges would occur. 30 mins after leaving the store we were charged 2181.00 and it reflected immediately on credit. Absolutely terrible customer service!! My finance and I were in the store to look for a couch for our new home and kept getting bombarded to use the Wells Fargo credit line by Dawn and Ali. When we told them that we just wanted to look around and browse options, we wanted to know if there were installment plans without using the credit line that we could go through or if we would have to just play flat out.
