Don't buy furniture from this store it is garbage. The salespeople are liars. They know they are selling you garbage and then sell you a bill of goods that you have full coverage with goof proof. But that's not the case. Goof proof only covers accidents. I bought my couch January 2024 arm cracked in one month within one year the couch started sinking. Went to the store talk to sales woman. Saleswoman told me it's not their problem after it's sold. I'm a single senior citizen living alone so couch is not abused.
Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in until I left. Patti greeted us with a smile and helped us through the process of getting a new bedroom. She was knowledgeable, friendly and kind. Would recommend the Riverhead location because of the excellent service I received from Patti.
Friendly and great service. Took time with use to make sure they found what we were looking for.
