I love the one in union. The sale associate was Daniel Perez, he was very polite and soft spoken. If you’re going to visit the one in union ask for him. Great guy to do business with.
We’ve never purchased furniture before but needed a whole living room set for our new house. Anthony Gray was FANTASTIC! I cannot recommend him enough. He was knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Do yourself a favor if you shop at bob’s and ask for Anthony !
Don’t bother with their warranties on the beds. Don’t buy the cover they offer because no one will cover you under warranty. Bob’s passes the buck and no one will help you. Get the $200 cover and you are NOT covered under warranty. I purchased an adjustable bed, the cover failed and my mattress is stained. The offer? Chemdry will come out and clean the mattress with stinky chemicals. They will not replace your mattress like Sealy will...stick with Sealy Mattress Company or go to Lazy Boy.
