I had a wonderful experience at Bob’s furniture. This was my first time visiting and browsing their furniture. Ken Gordon helped me and his customer service was superb. The staff in general was very welcoming at the entrance. Ken worked with me in finding the best bedroom sets for my sister and I. He had great recommendations and was very patient with us. He was very detailed with the delivery process in which I initially had concerns with but he was able to answer all my questions. Thank you Ken for your great service.
