My daughter is going on so far 11 days without a boxspring been sleeping on the floor get no answers from any of the numbers that I call to get help the communication and the lies are unbelievable I would never ever ever order from Bob’s again and I hope nobody else does either!!!!

Sergio was our salesman at the Union store and went above and beyond. He went into all of the details on the fabric, quality, structure, and helped us as we made our final choice of sofa! With our trust in him we decided to buy a new headboard as well. Sergio was clear and thoughtful and made the process so easy for us! Thank you Sergio!

Great customer service by Minu. she is very familiar with their furniture, and provided options. We ended up buying the mattress and a king size set.
Their service professionals are terrific. We received our bed within the allotted time frame. Service Rep Francisco Aldahondo was a great help in selecting the right bed for us. He asked all the right questions to secure the best choice for us. Delivery was on time and we tipped the guys for their help. Customer service was very helpful when we asked questions. I highly recommend Bob's Discount Furniture to others.
