Bob came highly recommended and after working with him it's evident why. Not only is he skilled, knowledgeable and efficient, he's also very personable. His fees are fair and affordable especially for the quality of service received.
Bob is a life-saver. We so appreciate that he is always willing to jump in and help us when we are in need, and that he is so knowledgeable about all the different applications we are juggling. Highly recommend him for his professionalism, friendliness and competency!
Bob was amazing. He was prompt,, courteous, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about the problem. Identified the hard drive fail and proceeded to back up everything in record time. Would definitely use him again but hope I won’t have to. No hesitation recommending with 5 stars!
Bob came to look at a laptop we had that was running extremely slow. Although it was ultimately deemed unusable due to a bad hard drive, he still wanted to make the best use of the full hour we paid for and checked out a couple of our other computers as well. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and quick. I also truly appreciate the thoughtful follow-up email he sent recommending a reasonably priced Chromebook for homeschooling. Excellent service and highly recommended!
