Bob was amazing. He was prompt,, courteous, professional and thoroughly knowledgeable about the problem. Identified the hard drive fail and proceeded to back up everything in record time. Would definitely use him again but hope I won’t have to. No hesitation recommending with 5 stars!
Bob came to look at a laptop we had that was running extremely slow. Although it was ultimately deemed unusable due to a bad hard drive, he still wanted to make the best use of the full hour we paid for and checked out a couple of our other computers as well. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and quick. I also truly appreciate the thoughtful follow-up email he sent recommending a reasonably priced Chromebook for homeschooling. Excellent service and highly recommended!

Bob's Computer service is very professional and knowledgeable. I needed a BIOS upgrade to allow the installation of windows 11. This was accomplished quickly and at a good price. They also answered all my questions and offered tips to optimize my computers hard drives.
