hay BOB, your "mechanic" damn near KILLED me, my daughter and my grandson yesterday, guess who DID NOT put the cotter pin back into the spindle? allowing the crown/castle nut to unscrew and my entire wheel came off at over 70 mph on the freeway in heavy traffic? be prepared to be SUED for gross negligence, i have a long list of small "botched jobs" you've done in a small 2 month period, but i trusted you!!! 1999 Civic, they changed out my alternator to a high-output 165Amp one for a about $100 in labor, works perfect, polite mechanic.

They fix Exotics, Japanese, and American.... – I have taken all of my cars to bobs because he and his TECHNICIAN know exactly what to do about the problem. They have worked on my turbocharged GTI, my Roush mustang, and my best friends C class mercedes benz. and all at competitive prices. dont let the bitter scam shoppers fool you, they do care about what they are giving to the customer.

Excellent Service, Again and again and again – Bob's services my companies GMC cube van, my BMW, my daughters Mercury Sable and my girlfriends Mercury mini van. They have gone out of their way to always do the right thing, often having the repair bill come out lower than their original estimate. On the few occasions when things didn't work out right, they always took care of things with a smile, and without additional charges. Bad Owner Bad Employees Bad Employees – Don't go here to fix your car. They don't know what they're talking about. I knew what was wrong with the car but they told me something completely different that had nothing to do with the problem. The owner was a jerk when I told him his mechanic was wrong because I already knew what was wrong with the car. He told me he knew better and that whoever gave me the other information was wrong. What a douche. Bob's can go suck it.

STAY AWAY!!!! TERRIBLE WORK TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – If there was an option to give this place no stars - I would. Not only did they misdiagnose my car's problem, they assured me that they could fix it. After it broke down upon leaving their establishment - they gave me another diagnosis and was going to charge me another huge amount that would not have fixed the problem either.
