I am writing to express my appreciation for the recent service on our truck, which included the replacement of a couple of seals and an oil change. I was particularly impressed with our service advisor, Sam. She was very prompt, professional, and informative. It was also a great relief when she told us Brian would be doing the repairs. Thank you, Sam, Brian, and Bob Riart Motors. We will be back!
We had transmission problems with our 2016 Silverado 1500 while traveling from Augusta Ga. Called Bob Ruwart service and spoke with Amanda, and she advised me that if I could make to the dealer that they would check it out for us. We made it barely! We were towing our camper and disconnected it from the truck, and they took our truck right away to check it out for us. About 30 minutes later Amanda had to give us bad news about the transmission! I had a leaky transmission fitting and it was about closing time Friday before Labor Day weekend it was getting late. Crippled my vehicle in they waited for me got me checked in to great care of me and had me on the road as quickly as they could. Any more it's really hard to find a good dealership that worries about the customer but they do.
