Just purchased a pre-owned and Ricardo was great. Very patient, answered all my questions and made sure the things I asked for before signing got done. Would absolutely recommend.
Dealt with Jesse again, tops !!! The reservations system in Texas leaves a lot to be desired. Their messages to the dealer never went through, so the part was not there when I arrived and nobody bothered to call me with the news. So I waisted a good amount of time with nothing to show for it. Fortunately Jesse and the rest of the staff are super to deal with and I look forward to seeing them again. Fortunately Jesse was able to arrange a new appointment and I didn’t have to talk to anyone in Texas
Ricardo and Dan helped me to make the deal that I wanted. I was especially pleased with how Ricardo went out of his way to meet my needs. I was in a hurry, and he rushed the paperwork to get me out the door as fast as they could! Overall it was a good buying experience!
Excellent service from Randy in the parts department! He always goes above and beyond to take care of the customer.
