Don’t purchase your car from here if you expect to use their service department. Their service department is unhelpful in charge is diagnostic fees for obvious problems even when Toyota has a bulletin out that they are known problem. If you like the I gotcha and the runaround games then maybe you’ll like this place
This is definitely the best customer service in town. They give you recommendations but never push you… The kids area is definitely a plus!!!
Rewriting my review. I worked with Matt in finance he was great. Highly recommend him. I bought a used truck from this dealer and they hadn’t done the inspection when I went in so I went to do things while thinking about buying the truck. I get a text that they did the inspection and Both tie rod ends need replaced and then a wheel alignment is all they told me. I take it to the shop I always have do my service and the tie rods are fine but all 4 rotors need replaced as well as 2 ball joints. Feels like something that should... read more
