I bought a used car from this dealership in 2021 and was charged an extra (non-refundable) $1500 for a Lo-Jack service for which I was never actually signed up and cannot use (no resolution to this day). I was also supposed to be given a second key and was promised one would be provided, but ultimately I had to pay out of pocket to another dealer $130 because Toyota could not get it. tl;dr: If I could give zero stars for their service tech competency, I would: they will repeatedly break your car during repairs. Don't expect their service center to give you well-priced, efficient, or quality service. I have serviced my Sienna and Avalon here several times, and I'm no longer confident in having any work done here at this point: they fix one thing and break two others.
