Excellent Customer Service! Both the salesman and sales manager were great to work with. Before I scheduled an appointment, the salesman had cars ready for me to look at, even at different Rohrman lots! He asked the right questions and had cars lined up based on what I was looking for and in my price range.
Great! Great customer service all around. Process was easy from start to finish. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle in Lafayette. Specifically, Daniel is great.
No reply I sent an email to get more information on one of their vehicles and never received a reply.
Lots of choice but poorly maintained They got lots of cars, new or used, but some of the cars are not well maintained.
Helped me sooo much! The guys at Bob Rohrman Mitsubishi really helped me out. Id been to other places that said they couldn't do anything to help me, but these guys(and lady) worked hard to get me a new car and out of my gas hogger that I was "buried" in.
