This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I had an upside-down situation on my trade and they rolled me into a brand new 2017 Outlander Sport with a great payment and low interest rate. Took 2 hours to get a oil change done told was gonna be 30 min
Seriously the most unprofessional bunch of group I have ever dealt with. None of them even know what is going on most of the time. They tell you one thing and do another. They didn't even know the deals on my car whether or not it's certified.. Turns out it wasn't even though their website stated otherwise. Didn't turn in paperwork to the lender like they should have. I had to go back two or 3 separate occasions to deal with shit they should have had done the day I drove away with my car! Now I'm driving with expired plates ... read more
Bob Rorhman. My daughters boyfriend bought one two weeks ago and they didn't offer him a warranty like they said they would. Now two weeks later his clutch went out and they will not make it good!!!!!! Poor kid. He bought from a dealer so he wouldn't get screwed and it happened any way!
