Will is great with answering questions and getting back quickly when needed. After 3 months my car is running smoothly and in great condition.
If you need service done and have any questions just ask for the manager of the shop. My husband and I had two employees tell us that we would be able to perform a specific rod bearing test in order to have our knock sensor replaced due to it likely being faulty (and an extended warranty on the vehicle covers faulty knock sensors due to a class action lawsuit many years ago) and if it failed the test (shows that the sensor is faulty) the dealership would cover the $190 diagnostics fee due to the warranty details.
