My mom came here to get a new car after 20 years in a RAV. Gabe was awesome to work with and went to bat to make sure that she left in a car that fit her budget and met her needs. Just bought a car from them. Bought it on Friday and they had to wait for the check to clear before the delivered the vehicle. They were given the front plate with a I-pass unit. There were weather tech mats in the rear of the vehicle. The owners manuals were in the glove compartment. When the delivered the vehicle there was no weather tech mats, no front license plat or I-pass and the manuals have been changed out. How do they do business like this? This dealership is a disaster! They have absolutely no ethics! They are scam artists. They lure you in the door with online pricing on a new vehicle and then start adding costs to their promised out the door costs. Same for service. They do unauthorized repairs or setvices and say they are recommended by Nissan. Nissan should be ashamed to have a dealer like Bob Rohrnan representing them!
