I don't even know what to say about this company. They are literally thieves. I pray that our school never uses them again and that people read all of the terrible reviews before signing up to use this terrible company.

Bob Rogers Travel Agency kept exactly $2,781.68 for their so called fees for their services on a Italy trip we were supposed to take through a school trip. I for the life of me can’t understand why the school released any money to them this year, as Italy was already shut down. However, shame on Bob Rogers Travel Agency for using any of the money knowing full well that Italy was already shut down with no known time of reopening. What exactly did they use the money for??? These people are nothing but thieves, liars and scammers that's using the pandemic as an excuse to lie and steal from kids and parents. They thought they were going to keep over $1000.00 of a trip they canceled. I call bs and got my funds back by disputing through my bank and filed a BBB complaint. They're disgusting humans.

After waiting months for a full refund for a trip to New Your with my granddaughters, this disreputable business wants to give back 70.29% of our money. It's a disgrace to scam parents & students out of their hard earned money to cover the overhead of this agency. Nothing but excuses and lies for months and not a full refund. They are the worse! Several parents have already filed complaints against them with BBB and the attorneys general office. For 2020, as a result of Covid 19, our scheduled school trip that was already paid for was canceled. 3 months later , we are still waiting for a full refund. That company is trying to refund 79% of the money paid and keep the difference for themselves to cover their overhead. All airlines and cruises that got canceled gave us our money back. I was upset because I was not getting a full refund from out school trip. It was only $80.00 that I had paid in so far and I understood that no one could prepare for the pandemic. So begrudgingly I accepted the fact that I was only getting a partial refund.
