We are very pleased with our total experience with Riddick Roofing. We found them to be very easy to work with, flexible with our schedule, and very responsive to our questions and needs. The price is reasonable and the work quality excellent. And communication is excellent. We were kept informed and questions answered throughout the process. We highly recommend them.
Had minor roof repairs done but the initial replacement shingles were not a good match (to the 20 year old shingles). Riddick roofing came back with four options for me to view on the roof and the best match was selected and installed. Excellent service!
The Riddick crew did an excellent job, starting with my call for an estimate. Response was prompt and rep Michael arrived as scheduled to do a complete assessment. He was the only rep who actually climbed up on the roof and inspected it. Their bid was promptly received and, even though they are widely reputed to be the best roofer in the SML area, their bid was lowest.
