The Riddick crew did an excellent job, starting with my call for an estimate. Response was prompt and rep Michael arrived as scheduled to do a complete assessment. He was the only rep who actually climbed up on the roof and inspected it. Their bid was promptly received and, even though they are widely reputed to be the best roofer in the SML area, their bid was lowest. They came out quickly for the estimate and completed the job 1 week later! The staff were very responsive with answering many questions before we signed the contract and were also very knowledgeable and respectful.
