I was in and out within 35 mins of my appointment. Kevin Parrish was very courteous and friendly. He was very professional. He describe in details the problems with my braking system and gave me more than one solutions. I would recommend the service staff and Bob Richards Nissan, even if you don't own a Nissan vehicle.
