Very disappointed. I had two very nice technicians come out, no complaint on the service itself, but the charge out the door was astronomical (over $500) for a $30 part online and one hour labor. I spoke with manager Jason and was told that’s just what it is. Quotes from other companies in town after the fact were hundreds below what I had to pay. I can not say enough about this hard working family run business , with lots of experience. The owner Cassie is an extremely knowledgeable person, she runs a tight ship over there and does her very best to be available to answer any and all questions about heating and Air. She is patient and helpful explaining what may be causing an issue with your equipment. If you are looking for a honest and reliable company call up Bob Rhodes Heating & Air.
