Everyone was very helpful. Alec was a great consultant for me. He understood what I was trying to do with my lease and helped me to accomplish my payment goals!
We had a oil change scheduled for 10am Saturday got there about 10 minutes early. They said it would be 2 to 3 hours because they was behind and since we scheduled it online that it messes things up? OK no problem so we rescheduled it through the people working there while we are there on saturday for Monday and got here and they said it would be a couple hours..... Isn't that what a appointment is for?
Leo Hyundai has the most incompetent employees. Everyone we dealt with from sales to service lack comprehension skills and communication skills. They leave you hanging and do not communicate with each other or customers. I asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. I'm over dealing with a piece of crap Hyundai vehicle and Leo Hyundai. I can't wait to trade this vehicle off and be done with our whole experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I bought a 2025 palisade two weeks ago. A week in all the warning lights went off on the dash. The transmission started shuttering. I got an appointment clarifying with multiple people that I would have a loaner car as I am not local. I get there and “there isn’t one available” in face later on they said they don’t really do that. We escalated to Hyundai corporate and got a new appointment.
