They were taken over from Fairfield heating and cooling. They came to service for winter. After they were done and we needed heat it failed to work. I called and I will have to wait 5 days . This is unacceptable to elderly people to be left in the cold and have no weekend coverage. I will wait the five days. If they can make good I will revise.
