Absolutely disgusted with Bob Penkhus Mitsubishi in Colorado Springs. Incredibly poor customer service, lied to by Tony about where/what “damage” to a faulty backup sensor, called by Tina the “service manager” who describes damage to a completely different side of the vehicle. Apparently they think I am too stupid to know my right from my left! I got ripped off for $145. Gggrrrrr!

Bob Penkhus was really good to us. Great prices. I'm glad we are part of the family. They took there time out to explain everything from the process of buying and signing for our SUV. All the way to explaining detail of the inside of our SUV.
Last year we bought a brand new Mazda CX5 and we had one of the bwst experiences with Bob Penkus on Woodmen. They were very helpful and they have great customer service. We highky recommend Brian. He was patient, helpful, polite, courteous and answered any questions that we may have had. Bob Penkus you get 5 stars from us!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
