Shady real estate company. The son is very disrespectful and disappointing. Tried to get me to buy a survey for two acre lot and told me it was a GREAT deal. Little did I know this one has an easement directly down the middle. After I told him I wasn’t going to buy a survey he “found it”, Only 1.12 acres out of the 2.12 was usable. Note I had to hire someone to find all this info out and he had a deal fall through 7 months ago (his words) most likely because of THIS issue. Can't get anyone to ever answer the phone to find about houses for rent. So 1 star is what I put. I've called at least 6 different times and no answer. Not good business, when you can't find out info for a house and the reality company has advertising everywhere. Don't make sense.
