I wanted to give a 5-star review to Henry from Bob Oates Sewer & Plumbing! Henry was incredibly professional from start to finish. We had a leak at one of my rental properties, and since I couldn’t be there for the inspection, his communication was outstanding. Absolute rip-off and terrible attention to detail. I called Bob Oates to install a customer-provided recirculating pump on a highly accessible, 3-year-old water heater. I was quoted $750 + tax and told the job would take 45–60 minutes because they would need to partially drain and physically move the water heater. Instead, the technician cut the water, slapped the pump on, and finished the utility closet work in probably 15 minutes without moving the water heater an inch. I bought a new faucet and fittings and hired a plumber from Bob Oats who spent 1and1/2 hours installing it on our sink. I asked if there was anything else that I needed to buy before the plumber came. I cleaned up after the job and was charged $882.10 making the plumber's hourly wage $540.00 per hour. When I complained about the price the manager's assistant told me that it was normal for plumbers to make $450.00 per hour. So I paid $90.00 more than that per hour.
