I contacted the dealership 5x regarding a vehicle I had seen online. I spoke with a salesman named Kyle, who informed me that he would be waiting for me to test drive the vehicle in an hour. He subsequently texted me 20 minutes before my arrival to confirm his readiness. Upon my arrival at the dealership, Kyle informed me that the vehicle was not present. Our experience with BAM and Kyle our sales guys was so easy and smooth! We were in and out of there in a short time with exactly the car I wanted. Loved all their choices and the time taken to assure I had what I needed.
Our latest purchase was March 5, 2026. Our salesman, Lamar, was great. The main issue was the final process of the paperwork. That took almost an hour. Was at the dealer for almost 6 hours!!! That shouldn't happen today with everything being on-line and readily available. Maybe next time, if there is a next time, will be better.
