I had an issue with my transmission and they fixed it under warranty and they even gave me a loaner, even though it was only for a week and the transmission took about two weeks.
Karl Utz @ BAM was exceptional. I went to check out a truck and literally the moment I got out of my truck, Karl welcomed me. Booked my appointment to this dealership on 8/2/2025. I needed the following; -ALIGN FRONT END/4 WHEEL -Tires - Rotate -Alignment - 4 Wheel -3000 MILE SERVICE - LUBE, OIL & FILTER, CHECK TIRE PRESSURES & FLUID LEVELS. Parked my car on the service lane then completed paperwork. I was called back after a while that all is set.
