In July of '09 I purchased a 2002 Chevy Prism from Bob Nissley at $5k with a 90 day warranty. The car needed four new tires and an engine that was damaged by sludge which had 64k on it. The car was a repo as indicated in carfax. The dealer did not indicate a problem with the engine for which will cost 3k to replace since the warranty did not cover sludge damage. Too bad Lemon Laws do not cover used cars since that would've helped in this situation.
