Tonya's lack of professionalism is concerning. She has poor communication skills, takes an extended time to respond, and displays a negative attitude when she does. If you're contemplating hiring this company, it would be wise to reconsider. After completion we had to hire another company to correct the issues. Edit: I believe you may be confusing me with another client. We did not have used material that was left outside.
Hired through our realtor. Was given the quote. And all agreed to the quote and half up front and half at closing. We paid up front. After completion of carpet installation Bob started texting one day oh have to add this fee, oh I forgot to add this fee couple days later. That was not the quote we were given. I had them install my carpet today. They did a fantastic job, installers were friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
