We purchased a new Kia Telluride last week and Will was our salesman. He really listened to our list of features we wanted in a vehicle and led us in making a great choice without pressuring us. After we purchased, Will helped get the Bluetooth and other features set up. Everyone we encountered in the dealership was courteous and helpful making it a very pleasant experience and we highly recommend you give them a visit if you’re looking for a new vehicle.
Nathan Powers was amazing to work with. I brought in my 10 year old Kia with engine problems. He found that I could request a brand new engine through Kia. He helped me with paperwork and we got a replacement for free. He constantly kept me updated and talked me through every step of the process. On top of that, he was always kind and patient with me. He made me feel comfortable for the month plus we were dealing with car issues.
Jeremy was awesome. Chris was great, Kim was helpful and pleasant. As long as Jeremy is here and kia maintains decent reliability in their vehicles, I will return to this dealer and recommend them happily.
