I took my jeep into Bob Moore for a recall and asked them to check a few things for me. Jordan was on top of everything. I had asked to have a loaner car reserved for me but the person who I had spoken with wasn’t there and they hadn’t reserved a car. Jordan took care of me. He had someone take me to work and promised to have my jeep done by the end of the day. Buying a car at Bob Moore was a great experience, Ode was a very helpful salesman and when issues came up, the Obe and Kim did a great job resolving the issue and we were treated us fairly. Thank you to the Ode and the staff for help.
Chris was great! He was polite, professional, and very efficient.
Terrible They used to be great, but now they’re understaffed and service is a nightmare. They don’t communicate for days or a week at time. They never answer the phone. And they take MONTHS to work with warranty claims. They had my car 3 months earlier this year and they’ve it had it for a month so far for another issue. All while YOU pay for a rental.
