I have been coming to BMCDJR for 18 years. My 2008 Super Bee was purchased from Bob Moore. This is the last time I will be servicing any vehicle here. The customer service is pathetic. I call them & the boys don't even know when they last spoke to me for an update. They have not performed to my expected service level. And all I get is lip service with no definite plan to get my car back. They have had the vehicle for 3 weeks. BOB MOORE, if you are reading this, you should go into bankruptcy and terminate your dealership.
My experience at Bob Moore was excellent! I got a car within my budget with no pressure at all. Kim and Kevin were very attentive to my needs and took their time to work with me to get the best deal possible. If you need a reliable car come see these guys they’re great.
Best experience! Ron Morain was awesome, from the time we walked through the doors. He listened to what my husband wanted and guided us through it all. We couldn't ask for anyone better. We chose the 2026 Jeep Cherokee. He explained everything about the Jeep. One of the best if not the Best sales Associate's we've had.
