The service I received at Bob Moore Cadillac was Awesome! Their service department is fast and has great customer service, especially Diron he was very kind and went out of his way to repair my car. I'm definitely coming back to receive services again ❤️
I live in Stillwater but was in Edmond and started having car trouble. I called the dealership and they put me in touch with Diron in the service department. He told me to come on over to the dealership and met me outside and got me right in. They diagnosed it quickly and luckily had the part in stock and got me back on the road and home very quickly. So impressed with Diron and thankful for the excellent service I received while there!
Doug helped with my Cadillac , repairs were done correctly and my car is driving great now. Thanks to Doug!!!
I am giving a one star review until this is fixed. I bought my car 4 months ago from here and I just got the title for my vehicle and there is a line through the title, which indicates we may not get it registered and need a new title. They had me sign the loan twice because they lost paperwork for the title. On top of the fact that because they delayed so long on submitting the information for my loan, they had to make my first vehicle payment to get their money and now want me to pay the first months payment back to them b... read more
