I rented from here for a year. I called to leave a voicemail towards the end of the month stating I no longer needed to rent from them and asked for my deposit back. I have called three times now and left three voicemails and I have yet to hear back from the owner about my deposit. It has been over a month now so I do not recommend renting from here because you most likely won't get your deposit back.
Very nice owner. High quality storage units for a fair price. To get a unit you must make an appointment. She lives close by so doesn't take long for her to show up quickly if needed.
