RecommendedWe recently had our 9-year old, expensive Samsung refrigerator poop out on us so we began the task of appliance shopping. The big box stores had the best prices or so we thought. On a whim we decided to try Bob Miller's with the notion that they would be way more expensive. WRONG! Not only were they competitively priced but they had the Whirlpool (notice I DID NOT SAY Samsung or LG!) we had researched! Terrible customer service from Kathy in sales. Can’t return a phone call or an email. She was “too busy” for my purchases of ALL my appliances. But I highly recommend Camden appliances!

Horrible service , had my fisher paykel drawer dishwasher serviced not even 2 years old. The repair man didn’t put it back together correctly. I went to use it after it was “serviced “ pulled one of the drawers out and now it won’t close.

A huge Thank You to Bob Miller Appliance! We discovered that our Fridge needed to retire without warning. Even though they were scheduling deliveries 2 weeks out, they managed to get a new fridge to us within 2 hours of ordering it. They are Life Savers. I would highly recommend they to everyone! Added bonus - everyone we were in contact with were very helpful and pleasant to work with! Thanks again!

The good news is that Brandy (Service Dept.) and the repair person were very good to work with. Helpful and professional. On the other hand Chris was just short of being rude. More concerned about getting bill paid immediately than fixing the issue. Obvious he wanted to be done with me asap. OK I got the message and will not bother you folks anymore.
We had a refrigerator delivered for our basement , but they had to bring the old one up first . This was a tight area behind a bar . The two men they sent were very careful , an did an Awesome job placing our new one !!! We really appreciate that !!! Thank-you !!
