I went in for a simple oil change today. Upon receiving my car back I went out to put the key into the keyhole and suddenly it wouldn't fit. When I addressed this issue with the attendant at the front he told me that it was because my lock cylinder had becomeworn out. He also stated that it was because my key was worn. Never before have I ever had a problem putting my key into the keyhole of my car. Scam artist at their finest!! Save your money and shop around!
Not too thrilled that online it states that this location closes at 6pm. However I stop by and it's actually 5pm that they close on Saturdays. The funny part is that it's not even 5pm and there is not a soul in this place.
Best auto service in metro ATL ... been a customer for over 15 years. Fast, friendly, reliable and trustworthy! From tire placement, oil changes to major repairs. Never been dissatisfied.
Worst experience ever! Took my car in for a check on the battery and alternator. Mechanic came back and said it was the alternator and that it would take 2 hours to change the alternator and would be around $700 to $800 dollars. After being told that it would take this long I thought they were trying to scam me so I left. They employees all told me good luck because the alternator won't last and the battery will be drained. I visited the location based on the wheel alignment coupon offered. Upon leaving I had gotten an alignment, oil change, tire rotation, and my rotors turned. I shared with the staff that I was taking a road trip to Miami and they made sure that I my car was 100% safe for the ride. They truly care and ARE NOT all about a dollar! I will be back for another oil change!
