Mark Maher and the McCosh team were great to work with and helped get us out of a terrible situation. We were visiting dealerships on a Saturday because we had purchased a new Kia Telluride 5 months previously and it was a lemon. The AC has essentially never worked in this vehicle. I purchased my vehicle from this dealer. I took it in for a routine oil change. When I picked up the vehicle I was not given a report of their inspection. The next day I tried to wash my windshield and found that there was no washer fluid. They had failed to fill the fluid. When I called the service department I was told that sometimes they don’t give a report or check fluids. They made no attempt to remedy their error

I can’t say enough great things about Amber Bishop and Mikaylah in Service. They were wonderful to help me when I needed them the most. Bob McCosh gave me a loaner until my Cadillac was fixed. They are my only dealership when buying another vehicle in the future. Thank you so much for always going above and beyond!
