Once our salesman, Mark, knew what I was looking for in a vehicle, he provided us with several options to look at. We didn’t have our trade vehicle with us that day as we were “just looking”🤣! We communicated via text the next few days and then we were the proud owners of our new Equinox! The day we picked it up was a breeze- paperwork was fastest I’ve ever been through buying a car!
Got my truck in at the exact time of my appointment. They always do a thorough job servicing the complete truck, for example they don't skip the transfer case because it difficult to get to. I have had other shops do that. Then they check over the complete truck, and if anything is developing problem they let me know, they Never rip me off! I think their service dept is great, with knowledgeable Techs, and I will continue to use them, and would recommend them to anyone!
Had a fantastic experience yesterday getting my new Equinox EV! Pam was our salesperson and made the transaction the fastest and easiest one I’ve had. They offered a very fair rate for my trade-in, and were knowledgeable and easy to talk with.
Stay far away! They don’t care about you as a customer. There inventory is not current. Nobody there cares or wants to help! Shop at your own risk.
