If I could give it 0 I would. Waited 40 minutes, no one said a single thing. All I needed was a battery replacement.
Great service! Had a lease car in for transmission repair. Dealer supplied a loaner vehicle and repairs were done quickly and a car wash to top it off. All staff I had contact with were very courteous and accommodating. Well done!
They had my 23 Maverick for 2 days to do a recall for the trailer running lights. They wrote it up as doing the recall but the work was never done. I had to add the wire to the harness myself to get the trailer lights working.
