I'd give 6 Stars if I could After turning on my AC for the 1st time this season, water started coming down the walls. Bob Major Heating and Cooling fixed the problem in 1 day (broken pipe)! Professional, knowledgeable, fast, courteous. Amazing service, thanks Bob!
Bob and Phil's Plumbing - WOW!!! I attempted to relieve a blockage in my kitchen sink over the weekend and was successful for two days. The water drained freely and my wife was happy. Today (3/17/15) I received a call from my wife at work that the drain was backed again. Now I needed professional help. So we call Bob and Phil; they came when they said they would and went right to work on the problem. Dependable and knowledgeable We had trouble with our AC unit a whole year after Hurricane Irene. After several trips out from other companies who couldn't diagnose the problem, Bob Major fixed right away. Then when winter came the same unit malfunctioned for the heat. He came out and brought the parts we needed saving us as much as he could. I felt like he could be trusted and appreciated how quickly he responded.
Much appreciated!! It's not the first time he's come out to help, but it's the first time I've been able to give my opinion. Minor issue with a furnace. Major issue with the timing! Bob came out on a Sunday night in less than 2 hours from the time I tried to "fix" it myself. Extremely punctual and transparent. None of the "please sir wait downstairs for your safety while I make a minor problem way bigger (read: expensive) than necessary"!
