Called Bob Lurie Glass to complete a glass repair that some vandals broke at our home. They were very helpful and friendly on the phone and got someone out to the house to take a look and measure the needed repair. Kevin was our repairman and he was AWESOME. After the measurements were done, Kevin returned about a week after the new glass was ready and completed the installation and cleaned up the broken glass as well. I would highly recommend Bob Lurie Glass.

Worst customer service ever. Have given my business to this company twice in the past. They don't give an appointment but say they will call you when they are available. They said this was our only option and they could not give a set appointment ahead of time as they are too busy. Both times it seemed clear that my schedule wasn't concerning to them. I went to pick up a mirror and arrived at 4:45 pm, which is 15 minutes prior to closing time. The place was closed and no one in sight. There was not even a note on the door. Not a great business practice.

Great People, Quality Service – I whole heartedly disagree with the previous reviewers assessment of Bob Lurie Glass. I have had the pleasure of working with them on three separate occasions. They are reliable and provide quality service. In addition to the quality of their workmanship, every person I have come into contact with has been kind and commited to excellent customer service. I wouldn't think of using any other glass company.

The Rudest Nastiest people I have ever met – The people who work for and own this company are the rudest people I have met in a long time. They use profanity and mock people. I would not hire them nor would I recommend them to anyone!
