My car is 2-years old with under 20k miles. Our sales rep warned us to call immediately when lights come on for oil changes since it takes a while to get an appointment. That should have given me pause on dealing with Honda. Have already had 2 recalls ( no problem- glad they fixed it- took over a month for an appt). Now the defrost is not working.
