The engine oil change was professional and lightning-fast! I was very surprised by such quick service! And with online coupon... was cheap! Bravo! :)
Horrible customer service.
He robbed me! He told me he fixed my problem and turned off the sensor I drop for 5 miles and the sensor came back on and he said he’d have to charge me again to see what wrong with it
He scammed me out of 800$. Do not trust. I’m a girl and he literally took advantage of my trust. He kept my car and charged me 800$ for a fuse sensor thing that cost 23$ at auto zone and he made me wake up at 8am to drop it off.
Shady from the start Bob immediately thought I was stupid and denied me service after I towed the car here with Triple A and told him what was wrong but he just ignored me
