Tl;dr (short version) Let's do the math if I hadn't complained. $445 to pull toilet and check seal. This doesn't include any actual repairs if there's an issue with the flange. This took them all but 15-20 minutes to do. Plumber realizes it's still leaking after setting toilet back which he initially claimed the seal replacement would solve the issue.
