Always thought this was decent dealership, bought a couple of bike ther and had service done there as well. This past two weeks I’ve been trying to schedule a valve adjust on my 2013 kaw Concours. I’ve left several messages and two online requests in the past two weeks, no call back, no response of any kind. As a wife and mother to riders that truly love the sport, I have enjoyed shopping for many years at this dealership. The dealership is clean and well stocked. Also with fantastic customer service associates like Kilo at the parts and apparel section, this is a huge reason why I prefer shopping there.
