MR LANDERS WAS SUPPOSE TO REPAIR A ROOF. FOR US WE KEPT CALLING HIM HE KEPT TELLING US HE WOULD COME AT CERTAIN TIMES NEVER CAME KEPT CALLING HIM FOR SEVERAL MONTHS SAME THING NEVER CAME NEVER GOT BACK TO US WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM TO PEOPLE THAT NEED ROOF ING WORK DONE
