Been a longstanding customer with Lancaster. They never had the best service and were always very slow, but it was ok enough. That has changed with Elaine being a terrible person and horrible customer service representative. After you call and talk to Elaine and others, they state they will help and "yeah, no issues." In reality, they do nothing at all. Elaine is a waste of breath and this company, unfortunately, will get you stuck in a policy and unable to carry out even the basic task needed.
